Research Interests

Paleoceanography/Paleoclimate in the North Atlantic

 

Tasha Snow, Dr. Montserrat Alonso-Garcia and Dr. Benjamin Flower at the Coastal Areas Climate Change Education Partnership Education (CACCE) Symposium and Showcase where they presented a climate change poster for educators, students and professionals in the Tampa/St. Petersburg, FL area.

 

Tasha Snow and Katie Watson participated in the Great American Teach-In at Lewis Elementary in Temple Terrace, FL. They gave a Marine Science demonstration to a couple of fourth grade classes, talking about Paleoclimate, a Megalodon shark tooth, the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill, and foraminifera (with large scale models and actual samples).
