Research Interests


My project is centered around developing a better understanding of the fate of the oil after the 2010 Deepwater Horizon blowout. Using water chemistry data, I will elicit a better understanding of the physical chemistry of this event, as well as the potential biological impacts of this (and future) deep-sea oil spills.
