| Who: | All girls in Pinellas county who are completing the 8th grade | ||
| What: | Learn science while having fun experiencing the Ocean World | ||
| When: | 3 weeks! June 28 - July 16, 2010 - 8am-4pm daily | ||
| Where: | University of South Florida College of Marine Science
on
the St. Petersburg Campus (140 Seventh Avenue South, St. Petersburg, FL 33701) |

| Activities: | A day at sea aboard a research vessel, coastal marine field trips, “real-world” research projects,
career interviews, and visits to local marine attractions View the Activities Calendar |

| Staff: | Science mentors include graduate students, research scientists, teen counselors, educators and camp alumni | ||
| How to Apply: | (1) | From Jan 15th – Mar 31th Apply by downloading an application (link at the bottom on the screen) |

| (2) | Complete application and return via mail, postmarked by March 31, or email to Angela Lodge: alodge@marine.usf.edu | ||
| (3) | Participate in an interview at your school the month of April | ||
| (4) | Letters will be mailed to all applicants about the outcome the week of May 1 | ||
