Joel has already pushed his hands and head through the three main sealing points and has the weight harness on. The yellow rings that you see on the weight harness can be pulled to dump the weights in an emergency. The inlet valve to the suit is clearly visible on Joel’s chest. To fill the suit, you depress the valve. The cuff rings clearly visible on Joel’s wrists are used to seal the dry gloves. They are stretchy latex and are pulled over the cuff rings to seal out water.
