PROJECT OCEANOGRAPHY LICENSING AGREEMENT USF College of Marine Science agrees to: A) Distribute via satellite transmission beginning October 4, 2002 and each Friday thereafter until February 14, 2003 - 30 minute programs in the Project Oceanography series B) Provide a set of printed materials that each organization may duplicate for use in connection with the Project Oceanography series C) Maintain the copyrights to the Project Oceanography series Upon registration each organization shall have the right to: A) Access the Project Oceanography series via ITFS, satellite transmission or cable television B) Make, retain, and library video recordings of the series for the life of the video tape C) Transmit the series on closed-circuit TV system located within the facility of the registrant D) Transmit the series via ITFS system located throughout the registrant's district E) Transmit the series via cable television throughout the registrant's geographical area Registrant agrees to the following conditions: A) Registrant shall not sell or rent the Project Oceanography series and/or printed materials B) The Project Oceanography series shall not be edited or altered in any way C) The Project Oceanography series shall be retransmitted with full copyright notices and producer credits D) The University of South Florida, College of Marine Science and Distance Technology Mediated Learning shall not be liable for failure to deliver Project Oceanography due to circumstances beyond its control
