INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS
ARRIVAL AT USF
Nearly all flights into the Tampa Bay area arrive
at Tampa International Airport. Although there is another airport
in the vicinity (St. Petersburg - Clearwater Airport), the number
of airlines and flights serving that airport are very limited. For
international students, free transportation from the Tampa airport
to St. Petersburg can be arranged in advance by contacting "Friends International" (http://www.internationals.org/01taxi.htm). You must arrange this transportation prior to your departure from
your home country.
Prior to your arrival at USF, we encourage you to contact one of our international students in the College of Marine Science. You can send a general e-mail to talk@marine.usf.edu or contact one of our FACCS members with any questions you might have.
