Hitachi 7100 Transmission Electron Microscope equipped with a Gatan high resolution digital bottom mount camera.

Hitachi S-3500 variable pressure Scanning Electron Microscope with an EDAX x-ray microanalysis system utilizing an Apollo 10 Silicon Drift Detector; used for elemental identification of samples
